Cases can be brought to the church during the week or on Sundays, and will be stored in the Fellowship Hall closet. Deadline for drop-off is Wednesday, July 13th and we will deliver the water to the shelter on Saturday, July 16th. Our goal is to take 200 cases of water, and we hope you can help us as we care for those in need.
Our church is a sustaining member of the DeSiard Street Shelter, which provides meals and other services to area homeless. During the entire month of July, we will be working with the new DREAM WASH EXPRESS CARWASH, located at Forsythe and Oliver Road in Monroe, in a fundraiser to benefit the Shelter. Passes will be handed out after the service for a $10.00 car wash, $5.00 of which goes directly to the shelter, for the month of July. Get a pass, get a car wash, and support the shelter in its vital ministry.
